The CH-04G / LTE-1101J wireless alarm and telemetry linkage system provides industrial plants, tank farms, construction sites, and municipal utilities with an instant, long-distance audible and visual emergency warning network. Powered by 4G cellular IoT with pre-installed data communication, it enables peer-to-peer cloud linkage across unlimited distances without requiring complex network setup, RF field surveys, or communication cabling.
At the transmitter station, the CH-04G (U-1 Series) RTU host accepts multiple signal inputs including passive dry contacts (pushbuttons, microswitches, float switches, limit sensors), NPN transistor outputs, AC 220V power sensing via NXJ/ZZ(D) intermediate relays, and continuous analog telemetry (4-20mA / 0-10V) for liquid level, toxic gas, and wind speed thresholds. A bidirectional status-feedback LED confirms trigger reception and receiver response in real time.
The receiving LTE-1101J strobe siren combines an ultra-bright LED array featuring high-visibility simulated motor rotation with a piercing ≥120dB acoustic horn, providing unmistakable 360° warning across loud factory floors. A built-in high-capacity lithium backup battery delivers up to 480 minutes (8 hours) of continuous emergency alarm operation and 1,560 minutes (26 hours) of standby during complete mains power outages.
Engineered for industrial scalability, the system supports multi-topology deployment: 1-to-1 standalone pairs, 1-to-multiple broadcast alerts, multiple-to-1 centralized consoles, and up to 99 units simultaneous cloud cascade linkage with independent channel isolation to eliminate signal crosstalk across neighboring operational zones.
